- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a writer. That said, I used to manage writers and freelance writers in my corporate roles as Executive Producer and Interactive Communications Manager and collaborating with them was one of my favorite parts of my job. When I decided to freelance I gravitated towards it naturally.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I commonly write and edit product emails and their landing pages for B2B and B2C. I've also written corporate announcement emails and landing pages.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoy working on new product launches, though they are often more challenging because there is less information to start with. Recently a company took my advice in adapting their email template for a video email I wrote. It was one of the most successful emails of the year.
