- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Safe Mode Computers charges a flat rate price that's much more affordable than other repair companies in town. If we say it will take 2 hours to fix and it actually takes 4 hours, then you still pay for only 2 hours. We provide a guarantee that no one else in town does- if you're not completely satisfied, we'll give you a 25% off of your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing our company to a new customer, a brief background of our services, and establishing a professional relationship. Also we like to educate our customers' on some ins and outs of using and maintining they're computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have numerous certifications through CompTia that require continuing education in order to keep them current. We also have numerous Dell, HP, and IBM certifications for dekstop repairs.
