Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Clients should hire someone with experience and integrity. At our law firm we practice law with integrity, intelligence and diligence and the clients are thoroughly satisfied with the results we produce. A client should not have to worry about a lawyer doing legal work only to increase their legal fees, at our firm we always strive to achieve efficient and economical solutions for our clients.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Clients need attorneys who know the law of course. But more than that clients needs lawyers that also care about the client's individual problems. When a client hires a lawyer like me they will know that I will be a passionate advocate on the client's behalf and will fight to achieve a great result for the client no matter what the legal issue.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A client should always ask what kind of experience the lawyer has. I have been practicing law in one setting or another for nearly 7 years. I practice law with colleagues that have been practicing for over 25 years. Combining our experience there is not much we have not seen in any area of the law. In the rare instance we come across a novel issue we have the legal research skills to find the right answer for our clients.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Clients should have all of their paperwork related to their legal problem. They should have thought about how committed they are to pursuing their case through litigation because lawsuits can be time consuming and emotionally draining. Clients needs to think about what is their ideal resolution and inform their lawyer of that and then I can work to that goal more effectively and efficiently.
