- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and reasonable pricing. We work with many who have insurance claim repairs to be done. We are insurance claims specialists. However, like anything, it’s a mutual trust that must be established. The comfort level of doing business allows for flexibility for both parties. We can work with what you have to achieve what you need or want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bid preparation and/or meeting to prepare a scope of work to provide an accurate proposal. Then providing the services agreed upon in a timely fashion. Once completed , collecting payment and showing appreciation for the opportunity to provide the service needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have OSHA/EPA lead certification. I began in the roofing industry in 1998 originally. We are IBHS Bronze Fortified Roof Specialists. I also have owned a furnish and install specialty company and supplied turn key punch out for residential property management. I am CPR certified with the American Red Cross. I am Customer Service Certified with the BBB. I was a championship baseball coach at the varsity high school and collegiate level. These all have given me valuable experience with people and processes that help every day. I don’t know it all but have a lot of experiences to draw from.
