My experience at Rayco was excellent. I took my laptop in on Tuesday afternoon and on Wednesday afternoon Mr. Beitel called to let me know that I could pick it up that day. The viruses and malware were removed from my computer and two programs were installed to help reduce the likelihood that I will have the same problems in the future. Rayco did this for the $65 that they told me upfront that it would cost. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. The young man who helped me when I took the computer in and picked it up was very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend Rayco to my friends. - S.D.
