He was very methodical. He explained in a simple, straightforward language, what was amiss and what would be required to fix the problems. He was way too professional, with all the required tools and paraphernalia. He estimated how long he expected the job to take and be accomplished, indeed was able to do so. He cleaned the job site without leaving it looking messy. His work quality was very amicable. I highly recommend him without any iota of doubt that he would do a professional job on whatever task he sets himself to do. In monetary terms his fee was very reasonable for the problems he fixed while on the job. If you have a problem that needs to be fixed by a handyman look no further than Mr. TMI.
