Dave Baer has done work for me over the last year and he did an excellent job in carpentry and roofing. Any type of construction work that needs to be done he did a great job. I have never had any problems with anything that he has done for me. You won't be disappointed, if there ever is a problem he will correct it.

Dave is hardworking, honest, intelligent and experienced. He and his wife built their own beautiful home from the ground up and he has helped my family (and many, many other families) with many projects. Dave is so easy to work with and always does a good job. He is one of very few carpenters who has been willing to use the materials I have on hand, and does not need to run to the store every other hour for more materials...he is so willing to look around and adapt what I have. Having an older home and outbuildings, some of them full of materials, this is a real bonus. He has done a variety of projects for or with me and I have always been pleased with his work. Thoughtful, efficient, and accurate I will continue to ask him for help around my urban farm and home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do so many different kinds of work, my prices fluctuate. My carpentry work is $25/ hour. $50/ hour for chainsaw work. I also bid by the job. For moving jobs, I generally charge $50/ hour, but I am negotiable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always seeking out new ways to do things, and for ways to refine my skills. I watch shows on building and landscaping, and I read on these subjects. I also look around to see what others are doing while riding around the neighborhoods.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
An outlet for my creativity and desire to be active.
