Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My most common repair jobs are simple. Replacing windows has been over all cause of service. Other than that is replacement video cards and Hard Drives
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. First thing is always get a second opinion. Then look for honesty. Most repair shops are out for the money. Only buy what is needed. Most of the time your computer can be fixed for a reasonable price. Don't go out and buy a new pc because they told you it could not be repaired. I have been in business for almost 8 years and I have had a lot of minor repairs and even upgrades for older computers that cost less than $100 So look around before you decide.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I do basic repairs and virus removals for $40.00
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Everything
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is the fastest you can fix my computer?
answer 1 to 2 days max.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was a radar Technician in the Navy. After the service I went to college for IT Tech. I now have a masters in IT Tech and Computer Science.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Last week I had a lady come to me with a problem with the power on her laptop. She had took it to another local repair shop and they charged her $75 and told her that it could not be fixed. They told her that they had it apart. Well when I removed the case there were no traces of fingerprints. So I showed her that they had charged her for a 1 day storage and not a basic inspection. I then removed the power DC Jack and went online and bought a new one for $18. I replaced the jack and only charged her $25 for a simple fix.
