We are a computer service business located in Luxora, Arkansas. Our business is to help you meet your computer needs and keep your computers running like well-oiled machines.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the provider don't have any complaints against them. You can look on the BBB site.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Having a good anti-virus which don't let viruses in to damage my computer or cause data loss. As a computer service business we highly recommend Trend-Micro Internet Security or Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 as the best in the world. We use them in our business machines and have never had a virus or spyware that the software didn't catch and block.

A. We stand behind our work and the performance of the computers and networks we sell or repair.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like working with the public and giving to clients what they don't get from other companies.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you charge hourly or a set rate for services.
Do you have a warranty for your computers that takes you beyond your competition.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We have one client who called us from Georgia whom we worked for over a year ago and won't let anyone in Georgia touch her computer but us. She said I want to ship it to you to fix as I know your work. That was awesome.
