- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive pricing and always will negotiate or work with my customer help them in anyway possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet my customer first before I start a job. Make them feel comfortable with my process and to assure them I am trustworthy and will start and finish the job to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in law enforcement for over 15 years so I delt with the public on a daily basis and I am great with personal relations and making people feel comfortable
