A. Everyone says they are the biggest and the best. Verify that the person you are considering hiring has the qualifications and can show verifiable results from past successes. A. Our motto is that "We champion the small business." This company was founded on principle. We were finding that a lot of people in our industry were overcharging and under-delivering, keeping the client in the dark about a complex and technical service in order to take their money and give little in return. Painful, but true. That's not saying there are not other people in this industry that work extremely hard and provide excellent service. Only that there are a lot that don't. We believed (and still do) that the internet was a huge opportunity for the "little guy", the small company, the individual to expand their ability to be successful, make a living and even excel beyond anything imaginable in the "brick and mortar" business world. Having been involved in the Internet since its birth and technically very proficient, we felt this was a huge opportunity for us to takes those principles and beliefs and help others succeed that might not otherwise have a chance. A. The most common question is "How much do you charge?" While we do have published hourly rates and specific rates for specific services (such as web hosting) none of our pricing is set in stone. Just as we believe that every customer is unique and deserves individual attention too we prefer to tailor our programs as closely to the clients particular needs and budget as we possibly can. This means that generally our pricing is found to be much lower than elsewhere and our level of service much higher. On average, we find that our pricing is about 50% lower than others in our business providing the same services with the same type of credentials and training.
A. Having been involved with the Internet as a marketer since its inception I'd earned a reputation amongst my peers and friends and relatives as the "Internet Nerd." So naturally, everyone came to me for help when they needed something Internet related. One day, someone said after I'd helped them that "You should just do this for a living." Prior to that, I'd simply been doing my own thing but after that day I realized he was right and I should offer my services professionally to those wanting to succeed on the Internet as I had.
