- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on direct, honest pricing. The only fees we have are fuel charges for moves over 50 miles, and a "same day service'' fee. This fee only occurs when you need our service the day you contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer any questions you may have. We work with your schedule to get you booked at your convenience. We talk you through the process and what to expect the day of your move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our employees with proper technique and skilled practices to safely move your household items. Our guys are very familiar with the tools and equipment provided as well.
