Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of our jobs involve small business projects such as help desk services, system maintenance, networking and security. Our residential jobs include system upgrades, rebuilds and virus removal.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a provider who is honest, efficient and economical. Providers could be like a mechanic charging you high rates and demanding other repairs. We tell you like it is every time. We'll help you weigh out your options whether or not it involves us.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish I knew that so many places are expensive per hour and only inFluxPC will tailor the solution for you. I also wish I knew that preventative maintenance is much cheaper than a break-fix method; much like changing the oil in your car.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out from others in quality and economical value. We have solutions for everyone with any size budget. We offer preventative maintenance plans that reduce annual costs by a drastic amount.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We really enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with them. From new clients asking simple questions to long term client who have us on a long term contract. We look forward to clients becoming friends.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Our clients ask questions about free solutions quite a bit. From "What is a good Free Antivirus Software?" to "Why is my computer running slow?" to "How can I get a free phone number to use for forwarding?". We have answer for them that have been tested and proven by us, the experts.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We are located in an area where bulk trash pickup happens once per month. We constantly see PC's laying outside for the trash collectors to pick up. The "trash" is a free-for-all. Every once in a while we'll pick up the PC's and do a full data recovery on the drive. We gather the information we find and burn it to DVD and then smash the drive with a hammer. We then take the DVD to potential customer with a business card and inform them on how dangerous it is to throw away hard drives. Many people are shocked at what they left on their drive unknowingly.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish clients knew how easy and cost effective it is to maintain a computer versus fixing it when it breaks. I wish they knew for as little as $25 per month, per user small businesses could have unlimited remote technical support through our help desk service.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My line of work started out as a hobby and quickly grew into a career. Later it finally became a venture.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We setup an entire small pool service company from scratch which is now seeing much success. Including phone number solutions, email, domain names, online backups, search engine optimization, etc etc etc. We have so many solutions that benefit our small business clients and it's great to see our clients succeed.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We are constantly having to keep up with new technology. We educate ourselves through college courses, technical certification courses, Online Beta Programs and Technical Forums.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Nearly everything is done vie remote technologies. It has been amazing to see gas tanks full, mileage shortened and time saved with the technology which has been developed. Only the future can tell what is in store for technological boundaries.
