Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I have built over 30 custom homes in the valley over the years. I can build whatever the homeowner dreams of and make it a reality. We also can do remodels of any type. Whether it be a kitchen, bath or room addition. Any sort of work on the home we can do and do to your satisfaction. We also have an architect that can draw up any type of addition you like.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your homework. Always trust your first instincts. If there is a chemistry between you and the contractor it will spell for a successful project more often than not. Make sure the job scope is clear and there is nothing left to be determined. Never pay for the job in full before the job is completed. Progress payments are always appreciated and needed on each project.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have always enjoyed building homes the best because you start out with just a piece of land and end up with a custom home. The entire process of the different trades involved and the scheduling has always interested me. I love being able to pick out and make decisions on what the house will end up looking like. I have not had a bad one yet.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We just completed a job in which we removed all the tile and carpet from the house and installed new floor tile throughout the house. We also remodelled both the hall bath and the master bath. The owner was so pleased with outcome.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Scheduling, working with subcontractors and communication with the homeowners. I pride myself in getting a project done on time and within budget.
