- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide flat rate pricing rather than hourly. We assess your bookkeeping needs and provide you with a monthly package rate to include the things you may need and want. You won't have to worry about how many hours you are racking up, or what your accounting fees will be with packaged pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since this business is primarily virtual, we start with a consultation call or zoom meeting to get to know the client, the issues at hand, and what they would like out of our engagement and if our company will be a good fit for their needs. Then we would like to take a look at the books and what's currently being done. From there, we come up with a customized bookkeeping plan/services for the client to meet their needs with pricing proposals. Once the client agrees to prices and terms, we sign an engagement letter/contract, process payment and we get to work!
