Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Mobile Detailing on vehicles is the most common.
Least Common are doing airplanes or helicopters which I have done many in the past.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Many things. Top 5 are:
1. Make sure the company is Insured
2. You get what you are promised
3. The person doing the detail has at least 5 years experience.
4. They can give references easily
5. They can answer any questions easily and proficently.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Just like anything else in life take care of what you own. A vehicle is usually the 2nd most expensive asset a person owns besides a house.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Just call us. We are the proffesionals and are trained to help customers with all questions or concerns.

A. Our work stands out from the rest because we are perfectionists and take our time @ what we do striving every day to improve our business and services avaliable to the public. Our nich in mobile detailing goes way beyond being the best at what we do but also making sure every customer is completley satisfied with our services.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Its always a challenge and changing in todays business world. We enjoy meeting people and taking care of their vehicles with pride. We feel we make a difference in peoples lives helping them maintain and keeping their vehicles clean from residential to companies fleets.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much for a detail? Our answer is it depends on what your trying to detail, why, and what your trying to achieve in the long run. We try to match all this togeather in order to not only take better care of the vehicle but also this ensures the customer gets the best price, best detail, and the vehicle gets what it needs also.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Too many to describe.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That we are the best in the Southwest and will always strive to maintain that status.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After running every major car wash in the valley of the sun and each company only caring in the end not of the customer but how much money they were making. I make sure all my customers new and loyal ones including companies I work for with their fleets are my # 1 priority. They all get to feel like a person and not a number.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I was contacted by a lady that had called around and wanted us to come out in the end and take care of her. Upon arriving we realized the previous detailer had left major swirl marks on her vehicle. We contacted the shop she had used and got them to refund the money and we took care of her and she was 100% satisfied with not only our work, but helping her out getting her money back from a situation she had been in since the other company which we won't mention who they were since they were giving her the run around like a car wash would in the same situation.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Always. We attend seminars, go to company training trials for companies that develop detailing supplies. We are always looking for new and different techniques in our field that come out. We are perfectionists by nature and that not only means being the best but also always striving to stay on top with learning new things every chance we get weather new products that come out, new techniques, new ways of detailing, etc...

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Always new developments. Our business just like others are always changing. We stay on top of them in order to be the best.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. We don't believe we have a complicated pricing system. We have a general pricing matrix online for those just looking around. For a precise amount for detailing we need to speak to the customer or better yet we will come out for free and look at the vehicle(best way) in order to give the best price available. We treat each person like we do vehicles. All are individuals with unique needs and wants and we need to make sure all of them are taken care of.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. You have to love vehicles, people, and cleaning. If so then try working at a car wash and if that works learn from there and always learn as much as you can....

A. What is the most common exterior detail performed?

The most common exterior detail performed is a polish/wax. What this does is clean up the clear coat and at the same time leave a wax on the vehicle.
