Phil was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone enjoyed the balloons at my sons birthday party. He was great with all the kids and adults. Don't hesitate, book Phil! He really is the best!

Phil was absolutely wonderful! Responded quickly which led to me booking immediately! He came to my daughters 6th birthday and everyone had the BEST time with his balloons. Everyone at the end of the party was asking for his info, so I hope you get plenty of business!!!
