Team Cane Fitness

After working in the fitness industry for over 13 years I have discovered this is the love of my life. I work with athletes, ederly, house moms and teens. I mentor younger trainers to be the best they can be and love what they do when they are helping people. I focus on nutrition, core training, and overall fitness. I have built a results driven company and we strive for every customer to hit their potential goals. We set the goals for our clients and help them reach them and more. The quality of my work is seen in each and every client. The biggest part of my job I love is helping people lose weight and feel good about themselves. I help people all over the country, Asia, and Europe. I have traveled the world helping customers reach a goal they never thought they could a achieve. I love my job and my job loves me.
