We had our AC stop working in the middle of the night (3:00AM) and got on Thumbtack and setup a morning appointment 6 hours later. Frank showed up on time was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes. Offered me options and provided a quote before he started the repair. Luckily had a spare part with him and had us up and running within 15 minutes or so. He even ran some diagnostics given us an estimate on the health of the unit. Will definitely call again.
