My practice focuses on estate planning and probate. My goal with estate planning is to ensure that my clients set up a plan that will accomplish their goals should the unexpected happen, just as important is that the clients understand the plan they have in place.

Every family is different, and so every client must be approached differently. My goal with probate is to ensure the process happens as efficiently as possible and also to make the process as painless as it can be.

A. Clients seeking attorneys, especially for estate planning or probate, should always be comfortable with the person the choose. Clients should be confident that their attorney cares about their priorities, and is competent to handle the issues involved. When working with an estate planning or probate attorney, clients must be open about personal family details. Having someone that you trust and are comfortable talking to is imperative.

A. Clients should ask how long the attorney has been practicing in the particular area of law, how many clients they have worked with, and what the cost will be.
