Introduction: We take pride. Our employess love their job. We are not here for a paycheck. We give our clients more than what they sometimes pay for. We visit with them and take our time to make sure they are happy. The owner is usally on the job to make sure the home owner sees we care enough to put the owner out in the feild as well. When the project is complete we checkin from time to time to see if everything is still acceptable to them and if we can help with anything else We like 2 things. 1. Triple L did a great job and went beyound the initial scope of work by fixing leaks that were discovered after the repair was done and at no extra cost. I will have them do more work for me again and recomend them to every one I can.

Pillar construction in front of our has crack all way..the sprinkler for our trees turns on automatically even when timer is off. Twice it flooded the neighbors. 3-4 of our plants died. We had ordered for a front gate and its been over 6months and hasnt arrived. I have been trying to reach Roy several times but no answer.. tried calling on cellphone , left voicemails , send email and no response. Looks like we are abandoned once all payment was done. Will now have to hire someone to fix all these problems

Sindhu. We have received no emails or voicemaIls.We were in the proscess of changing our phone carriers. Phone calls could have been in the middle of all that. Dont know. You are not abandoned. You have a warranty and We will honor it. We apologize about any inconvenience or miscommunications.. We will be there . Tues. To fix anything that has failed.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly. Handle new and renovated installs and repairs. We do gravel.plants.irrigation.sod.boulders.l.v.lighting.outdoor bbqs.fireplaces.etc. We do repairs on everything in your landscape. Practicly anything outside you want. We do. Or have contractors we work with that can.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The only thing we ask is if you request a contractor on thumbtack and they respond. Let us come out and meet in person .if you don't want us to come out at least be courteous to let us know. We don't hold any grudges or get upset. And thers no reason for embarrassment. We want to make you feel like family and visa versa as well. The bids are free and you get to meet in person to get a feel of who we are.
