I called T.L.C. Movers last week for a move, and in spite of a couple of little miscommunications (contact went to the hospital and he had to have his son take over!), the job was done, they were professional and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a mover. The rate I was quoted is what I was charged, even with the addition of a couple of boxes that they just had to transport for me (I ran out of room in my vehicle). It was not a full house move, but the pieces were big enough to require help. The quotes was about 35-50% less than the others I received, so I was very pleased when that was the amount charged. Christian is great, all very friendly and professional, and they even made the move less stressful! Hopefully I won't need the services for awhile, but I do know who to call if I do!

Absolutly the worst moving expirience ever. Quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable to move a 1 bedroom from my house for my mom to another home plus 2 other items. They said they had a truck and moving equipment. Appt. was at 10 am. They showed up 11:30 demanded more money and were not prepared. No truck just a uhal treiller that they wanted me to pay for. The owner acted as if he was just a worker and is clearly the man in the photo above was rude and very unprofessional, after a 30min of trying to get more money and threats to just walk off the job. We agreed to move the bigger items for the price quoted. He was hitting walls and THROWING items down the steps. Due to our urgency and my husband knee issues we had no choice but to put up with 3 hours of complete, disrespect for us our home and our property we had no other companies line up. Some of our picture frames were broken in the process and items were missing. It was horrible. DO NOT HIRE! The worse ever

I'm sorry you feel so negative about our service. 1) A quote is an estimate cost of our service formulated by the information you had provided me. Unfortunatly you failed to mential everything we were moving for you. 2) In the inital tour of your residence,there was a lot more boxes and items that you didn't mention when the initial estimate was rendered; that's why there was a slight increase in the estimate. We stand by our policy of NO HIDDEN FEES or NO unjustified surcharges. 3) Our Trained and experienced movers handle every piece of furniture and item with Tender Love and Care. We specialize in Antiques and fragile furniture. We ensure everything is safely stored, moved and delivered. Our reviews are a reflection of who we are, and once again I am sorry you felt so negative about our service. As you can clearly see the rest of our reviews have been 5 stars, that's because that's the level of service and customer care we deliver every single time.

This is my 3rd time using the tlcmovers I first heard about them thru my leasing agent several years ago. Ive had nothing but positive comments about these fine movers. they arrive on time, theyre not texing on their phone like other movers I've experienced the fees are reasonable and only a fraction of what all other movers quoted me they wrap what needs protection and they know how to properly load their moving trucks. I was very impressed at how they fit everything in their truck with just one trip, it looked damn impossible but they go it done although their fees just went up to around 23$/mover they're still the most dependable and affordable people in the phoenix area do yourself a favor and try em out tell em Lonnie sent you

I used TLC for a local move. 3 guys who did not milk the clock. They worked swiftly but carefully. Took 4 hours to move a 4-br house. They were a little later than the appt time we had originally scheduled but they called to let me know they were running a little late.

What types of customers have you worked with?
we work with all types of clients and budgets ranging from single parents and bachelors; starting around $500 and ranging upto $2000. small apartments and large 6 bedroom home/mansions are some of the settings we work with on a daily basis
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The greatest advice is to know all the facts beforehand, we've witnessed other movers take items hostage until the unknowing customer pays ridiculous fees and bogus charges.
