Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our service plumbers have 20 years experience in service plumbing. They are clean cut and well groomed to match the excellence in service and knowledge that we offer. Jobs are diagnosed properly and fixed right the first time and only parts that NEED replaced get replaced. We do a profession job and leave our work area cleaner than we found it. All prices are discussed ahead of doing the work to avoid any "Surprises" when the bill is presented.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Usually we arrive at a home or business to discover a concerned customer with broken plumbing that needs repaired. Rather than trying to exploit their situation we simply diagnose the problem and quickly and efficiently make the appropriate repairs bringing comfort to a troubled situation. The smile on their faces and the offer to recommend us to all their family and friends makes this job very rewarding.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most commonly asked questions with out a doubt are "Can you fix it right now?" and "How much will this cost?" Because of our expertise in this field we most certainly answer "Yes we can fix it now, and here is what it will cost" 98% of the time we are told to go ahead.
