Personality, attention to detail, professionalism, pride in workmanship, etc., etc., all of the positive descriptives. Matt possesses these characteristics; assembled two (2) patio chairs for us, that both swivel and turn 360°. We are so happy with the finished product and can't wait to enjoy them.
