Eric was quick to respond, was available on a short notice on a weekend and helped fix the union on pool plumbing, also surveyed my pool and equipment and shared valuable recommendations. During and after the job shared pictures and videos confirming the work done and it's high quality. Thanks Eric! Will hire again.

I would give Eric all five stars on all five categories if it were possible but it's limited to three categories. I phoned him the afternoon before he replaced my pool pump. I am currently showing my home and needed the pool to stay blue. I got what I paid for and Eric served it up, great service which included a call to Hayward to come and upgrade my panel's software, on Hayward. The pump is running the pool is getting clean and the price was lower than what I could have bought the pump for and he changed my filters.

Eric did an awesome job helping me diagnose an airleak problem in my system. He also changed out some other seals and gave my system new life. He was prompt, interactive and did the work at a fair price. I've found my pool guy!

Eric replaced our old pool pump with a new variable speed pump. The communication that Eric provided throughout the process was excellent! He did a great job installing the new pump and helped coordinate efforts to upgrade the software on our controller board. I would highly recommend Eric and Elite360 Pools!
