Introduction: I don't think all teachers take the time to make sure their students are playing with proper technique. I'm surprised how often I inherit a student from another teacher and the student doesn't have a solid foundation of playing basics or knowledge. Although I like to be light-hearted and make lessons fun, I care very much about how students play and their understanding of the music. Being a part of a student's love of music and seeing them grow with the instrument is fun and very rewarding. NOTE: Due to COVID, I am currently only offering on-line lessons via FaceTime and Skype.
