FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided after having a camera and just going out driving to beautiful places to put it to good use. I like to take wilderness and wildlife photographs. Alot of outdoors in the mountains kind of life photography. Just going around and taking shots of people in a crowd or of a animal in the woods, it just works.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly do wedding photography which includes enegagement sessions also. We expand out to infants and maternity photography plus family portraits and some modeling photography. We try to specialize in weddings but for the most part in all comes together inclusively. Childrens portrait are very common also seeing their are graduations, homecoming events, and just place growing up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your reseaech on a number of photographers and if you feel comfortable enough with one then make that decision. Look for contracts and empathy in your photographer. You want someone who is going to have the passion for your day, event, etc. as you do and that will capture little moments most might miss. You don't need 1000 photos to feel successful in choosing a photographer, but the "END RESULT" is most important. I can take 550 photos of a wedding and produce to the customer 250 photos. A typical photographer will only give around 80 to 120 photos retouched out of 1000. What's the point of that?????
