Introduction: * I am located in Florence, Arizona. I offer zoom lessons if you're out of area.
I am a professional guitarist with over a decade of experience, and have played with a variety of bands. I currently play lead and rhythm guitar for Northwood Church, which has a renown worship group in the state of South Carolina. My band has written and produced several original songs that can be found on a multitude of streaming platforms. My participation in the worship team does not hinder my comfort level in teaching different styles, as I also find enjoyment in playing rock, metal, blues, jazz, soul, Rhythm and Blues, and many others. At the minimum, I ensure my students thoroughly understand core principles, such as sheet music, music theory, ear training, sight reading, chords, scales, and many other fundamentals and techniques. Through these core principles, my ultimate goal is to enable my students to discover their unique musical flavor.
Aside from my music experience, I have 9 years of military service under my belt. During my time in service, I earned a Bachelors degree at Thomas Edison State University. I teach beginner to intermediate level guitarists at either my home studio, or online. I look forward to helping you reach your musical dreams!
