Terrible experience. Avoid if at all possible. We had an ice machine in our refrigerator that was not working. They came out and actually broke the filtered water dispenser which was working fine before. They then proceeded to tell us that it was broken before they arrived and that because both are broken it would be 500 to replace. They denied breaking the dispenser which was a total lie.
