Bobby was right on time. Brought the parts with him but was given a master & slave cylinders for a '94 381i BMW and I have a '95 318 BMW so he had to go back for a exchange twice (not his fault), so the job took a lot longer than expected. I test drove it and it worked perfectly so I am pleased with his work & the price he quoted me.

My 1985 Nissan 300ZX had been to several different auto repair shops for various repairs, and with each repair, the car left with new, often worse, problems. Bobby came out to fix the latest result from Earnhardt Nissan, a ripped coolant line underneath the fuel pressure regulator, and also installed a new timing belt, water pump, and all the upper engine seals. Most shops wanted $800 to $1000 for the job, and Bobby did it for $630, and I saved a $200 tow to boot. Bobby was fast, professional, and did additional minor work for no extra cost. My car has been running great since, and best of all, no new problems occured. Its not easy finding a good mechanic for classic cars, and Bobby did an excellent job.

Bobby is the best dang mechanic out there! He is so honest and fair with his pricing, and he never makes recommendations for unnecessary services. Anytime I need something done, I call up Bobby and know that he'll be there quickly and he will do an awesome job. If you're paying anyone else for auto repairs, you're missing out! I have comfortably referred him to family, friends, and clients. Thanks Bobby for all you do!

Bobbie has worked on our cars for many years, many times at his inconvenience. He has been honest and able to diagnose and fix very difficult problems, both electrical and mechanical. The really great thing about Bobbie, is if you have a difficulty, he is approachable and very willing to make thing right. I have always been treated with the greatest respect and professional manner. I find his services to be more satisfactory than any other mechanic shop. His fees, mobility, professional and computer generated invoices and historical records, make it easy to track the work that has been completed. If there is a question about the charges, he can easily show the reasoning for the charges because they are based on industry standards. Bobbie takes the time to research difficult problems in order to obtain the most accurate diagnosis in the least amount of time. He has worked on our trucks, minivans, sedans, economy cars, and luxury vehicles. Thank you Bobbie for many years of great service. Pat and LeAnn

I recently had crocodile bobby work on a vehicle of mine. He is one of the most incredibly rude people i have ever met in my life. Bobby has no tact or social skills and it really affects his business. He may have some experience in the mechanical field but I would NEVER call him or refer anyone to him again because of the way he treated me. Bobby personally disrespected me and made me feel worthless. His profile boasts of strong christianity but at no point in my dealings with him did I sense any hint of a christ-like attitude in him.

Honesty, integrity, logical and the highest quality service with a smile that I have ever had for my vehicles anywhere!
Hands down the best troubleshooters I have ever met in my entire life. Truly knows how to logically and intelligently get to the "ROOT" cause when others will just throw parts at a problem!
Bobby is s true mechanic who did only the work I requested and offered to take care of anything else that would be needful and was very respectful to my budget and needs! I had no troubles with the workmanship or vehicle for years after.
I recommend him to my entire family and friends and anyone that needs to have their vehicle repairs.

A. We do oil leaks, coolant leaks, squeaks, rattles, noises, lack of power, runs rough, AC not cool, over heating, electrical failures, brake noises & vibrations, check engine lights, repair emission failures, power steering leaks, trans leaks, customer attitude repairs, try to fix broken hearts, leave our customers in a better position after repairs
A. Low cost usually means, no warranty, or the mechanic or shop does not have the tools, or information, to repair your car or truck. We have the lowest cost possible with quality parts and in most cases 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty. Plus we can come to your home, works or break down site.
A. We enjoy customers who have a strong faith in God or Jesus. Those you wear their faith on "their sleeve" or express their love for God or Jesus, we find it much easier to have sympathy for their financial problems.
A. Reviews & testimonials help give a clearer picture of products and service. We think all reviews of our business reflect our business.
A. Most of our customers are from referrals. Avoid finding fault with previous repair shops and mechanics. Sometimes a high mileage vehicle needs a lot of parts replaced to bring the car/truck back to some sort of reasonable reliability. Do not assume you can bring your 100,000 to 250,000 miles vehicle back to like new reliability for $200. People who play a lot of video games, tend to have unrealistic expectations about vehicle maintenance.
A. We try hard to make sure all bolts, nuts, seals, gaskets are installed and tightened properly. We try hard to not leave tools behind in their cars and leave their car clean and neat after repairs. However, we have found that at times, sometimes years later, we left tools in their cars, left bolts/nuts loose.
A. We love getting reviews from our customers. We try really hard to give them the least costly repairs and service, with the longest warranty. We try to appreciate each one, be there for them, when many times they have difficulties in their lives.
A. Will my car/truck ever break down again? Is this going to fix the problem? What happens if this repair does not fix the problem? We do not usually charge a customer to replace or repair parts, if the repair does not fix their concern. If we have to install a part, which we cannot return, we make sure the customer understands there is a 1% chance this part might not fix the noise, squeak. We spend considerable time, to diagnose the correct repair for their problem.
A. We have married couple customer that felt their 1994 Oldmobile was costing them too much to repair. We looked up the repair records for that car over 6 years. The total they spent was $4,260. An average of $715 each year, or $60 a month. We started repairing their car at 101,703 miles on it. Today that 1994 has 195,017 miles plus on it. We have many examples of customers staying with us since we came into business
A. I have found it rare in 30 years, a mechanic that was dishonest. However, poor quality work does happen often, due to lack of training, quality control, or disruptions. Cars and truck are complicated, and many repairs require replacement of a part with a known good part to actually diagnose and repair a vehicle. For example, at a Dodge dealer, I used a new part from another car, to figure out why the gas gauge was not working on another car. The service information on how the gas gauge worked was not provided by Chrysler.
A. We decided to get into auto repair, after we worked in the corporate world for a time. We felt the corporate world of finance, manufacturing was too ruthless for us,since we came from small town upbringing. We went to local community colleges to get auto repair training and took all training that was available to us from Ford, General Motors, Chrysler.
A. A customer had 3 estimates for front strut replacement. Prices ranged from $480 to $560. Prior to this, one shop replaced his CV joints, sway bar links for $800. My estimate for $350 for struts. The customer's complaint was for clunking noises, squealing noises. I found the previous shop's repairs had left the sway bar link nut loose, causing one of the clunks. The squealing was causing in part by a brake shield was bent during the previous CV repair.
A. We subscribe to two automotive trade magazines which we read, and we keep up with automotive industry news on the web.
A. We are excited because of the high gasoline prices, which have caused consumers to buy smaller 4 cylinder vehicles. We would prefer our customers develop their social and family skills, rather than too-dood-ling around the country alone in their cars and trucks. Yes, we make less money because cars/trucks not driven do not break down, but social/family life is much better
A. We did a rear main seal on a 1990 Ford F250, with a 460 cubic inch V8. We took the truck down to the car wash to clean off as much sand, dirt, oil, grease as possible off the oil pan, transmission, engine cradle, power steering, frame, starter, motor mounts. We loosened the engine, lifted the engine 3 to 4 inches, yelled and screamed as dirt, oil, gunk fell on our faces, clothes, eyeglasses, hair. Carefully cleaned mating surfaces of sand, grit, oil. Then made some special gasket holding tools from bending clothes hangers like bobbypins, to hold the gasket to engine. We then replaced the rear main seal halves, sealed gasket edges, put the oil pan gasket holes over our bent clothes hanger gasket holders, and reinstalled, torqued all bolts, then test drove the vehicle for miles to make sure no oil was leaking anymore. No more oil leak. The customer was riding his bike from work, so we met him at his house. He could not get the custom rear pickup door down, so we figured out a key ring was missing, and pulled back the holding pin, installed key ring.
A. Our pricing is almost always lower than our competitors, since we have set up our costs a low as possible. We try hard to meet the needs of our customers, as well as restrain our costs so customers can keep their cars and trucks running for the lowest cost and highest reliability.
A. Take many classes at a trade school. This will help the prospective mechanic to learn procedures, tools, quality techniques, safety, learning,
A. We try hard to fix the customer's concerns. We try very hard to make sure noises, leaks, vibrations, lack of power, emission are repaired correctly with the longest lasting repair we know is possible. If any additional repairs would be needed, simple and low cost we recommend these to the customer before we finish their repairs, if possible.
A. We work hard on customer service, understanding our customers needs and concerns. The younger generation is more web search concerned, and we take their opinion seriously. Reviews and Testimonials are important to us, and we try to get feedback on our service. We love our customers, really. We wish we could spend more time with them, and do at times.
