- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The great part about being small and not having a lot of overhead is I can keep prices low. Coming from the biggest electrical service company in the US my customers are getting the same great quality of work at a fraction of the price! I’m happy to keep prices low because I am a firm believer that if I take care of my customers and treat them like family the business will come.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually got started doing electrical after leaving active duty as a soldier in the United States Army. I had a good friend who’s dad owned an electrical company in the small town of San Angelo Texas. He hired me the week I got out of the military and 6 mo the later I was running conduit and wiring houses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types and demographics of customers. From small Mobil Homes to multimillion dollar houses. Doesn’t matter what walk of life you come from every homeowner deserves great service. I love my customers!
