Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice to consumers is to do your homework. Check the Better Business Bureau. Check the Arizona Registar of Contractors to look up license status. Look at online reviews and then go with your gut!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer using my company I would want to know the details up front. The last thing I want is a surprise at the end of a job. I feel we do a good job of explaining all the details up front.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Tell me a little bit about yourself.
How long have you been in business?
Are you properly licensed?
Do you have any references or online reviews?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like what I do because every day is different and every job is different. I get to see many different types of homes and architecture. When we are finished with a job customers are typically excited and motivated. Buying a new floor is cool, it's not like buying a new battery or alternator for your car which is boring and no fun at all!!
