I have been infested with Turkestan Roaches for approximately 2 years. The pest control company that was treating the problem kept telling me if I found dead roaches what they were doing was working. I could not seem to get them to understand I wanted to be rid of the infestation completely. Pro Best was recommended to me by an Entomologist. The owner, Keith, came out as soon as I called him and inspected the premises. He returned a few days later with a technician and did a thorough job of tracking down the entry points and applying dust. into the walls. In just 24 hours I couldn't believe the difference in the decrease of the number of roaches I found. Keith has contacted me daily for an update and is determined to continue treatment until we are both satisfied the roaches have been eliminated. A most professional organization! Keith and ProBest Pest Management to my rescue! I was shocked recently when I went to visit my elderly parents (ages 86 & 81). I had popped by to check on them and see how they were doing when I noticed two new cans of bug spray on the kitchen counter. I was curious what they needed TWO cans of bug spray for and asked what they were up to with the bug spray. To my horror I was informed that they have had a swarm of bees coming and going from their tool shed in the back yard for some time. They were planning on going out in the cool morning the following day wearing long sleeved shirts and pants to spay the bees! I immediately stated NO YOURE NOT!! Dad broke his back two years ago stumbling over a small pony wall picking grapefruit in the back yard and just broke his hip last September wiring an electrical outlet (thats another story, get an electrician!). I could envision a huge swarm of bees chasing my parents & having my father stumble and break his other hip and both of them getting 100s of bee stings, this was a disaster in the making! I immediately called Keith from ProBest Pest Management and he had the bee situation taken care the following morning. THANK YOU KEITH! Love ProBest Pest Management! I have used them for years. They keep the Scorpions out of my personal home, the bugs out of my office and service many of our rentals. Their technician, Andon, is prompt, professional and courteous. As a busy property manager, I enjoy knowing that I can call on ProBest to effectively handle any pest situation at any of our rentals and professionally deal with our tenants. ProBest has handled a wide variety of pest situations at our rentals over the years including bees, birds, gofers, roof rats, scorpions, black widow spiders, termites, roaches, crickets, and bugs in general. In one month, ProBest was able to get my scorpion problem under control where my previous company had failed for 18 months. ProBest's approach REALLY WORKS. ESPECIALLY EFFECTIVE WAS THE NEW PRODUCT THEY USED TO SEAL THE GARAGE DOORS TIGHT. BUY IT -- IN ONE MONTH I WENT FROM STICKY PADS FULL OF SCORPIONS DOWN TO 2 (which I suspect were already in the garage and could not get out.) ProBest also sprayed the yard and dusted around the base of the house, treated the attic with dust and sprayed the house, base boards and window sills not just sills like the other company. All too often, people are willing to write a complaint about a company but rarely do you see many people take the time to write a positive comment. Ive decided to write a positive comment because I feel that ProBest provides professional services with a 5 star standard. These days, too many companies have made some form of cut backs either on the time they take or the product they use. Ive watched the service my tech provides and I feel that he gives me the type of service that was provided from day 1 over 5 years ago. Whenever I have a question he takes the time to answer my question. I truly feel that I can trust not only my tech but the entire company, to do the right thing. I would and have recommended ProBest to all my friends knowing that they will provide the type of service necessary to keep the pests away.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bed Bugs have been a dreaded scourge to people in general for about the last 3-5years. They continue to spread across the U.S. at alarming rates and in all manner of ways. ProBest Pest Management has decided to incorporate several treatment options into place: 1. Inspection and Prep Sheet 2. Steam 3. Limited pesticide 4. Dust into cracks and crevices where Bed Bugs hide 5. Verifi system - Monitoring and Detection system 6. Follow up visits Please call for all the details - this is not a Do It Yourself situation, sometimes you may make it worse by driving the Bed Bugs deeper into the walls and other hiding places. Clutter is also a real problem, it allows the Bed Bugs access to hide and plenty of areas in which to stay out of site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Office of Pest Management in Arizona mandates 6 continuing hours of training each year. ProBest encourages all staff members to complete online courses from Pestweb.com and other sources as well as in house training monthly. We also conduct random vehicle inspections and inspections on various equipment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I think I was always meant to be in this business, as a kid I was always playing with bug. My Mom thinks that this is the perfect fit for me and I've spent close to 20 years so far dealing with termites and pests. I've also have the opportunity to spend some of that time in Australia, Japan, Mexico and New Zealand dealing with critters as well as most of the USA.
