Termite, Termite Inspections, General Pest including bees and honeycomb removal, bedbugs, carpet care & cleaning, eco-friendly, gophers, minor handyman services, minor landscaping, pigeons, home sealing and exclusion, rodents, scorpions, weeds and wildlife.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check out any reviews online, get opinions from neighbors and make sure the pest management company is licensed and insured. A. There are over 1100 Pest Control companies in Arizona and they are not all equal and here is my list of what I think is important about a service company.

Technology is important, does the company use products from 10 years ago or are they on the cutting edge. Are the technicians in uniforms and are they clean, are the trucks clean. Last but not least ask your neighbors and give us a call.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Interacting with people and solving their pest issues. The Pest Management Industry stands between people and the pest that can hurt or kill them. Arizona has a lot of the bad bugs like scorpions, ticks, bedbugs and Black Widow spiders so keeping them out of your home is essential to your well being.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I think I was always meant to be in this business, as a kid I was always playing with bug. My Mom thinks that this is the perfect fit for me and I've spent close to 20 years so far dealing with termites and pests. I've also have the opportunity to spend some of that time in Australia, Japan, Mexico and New Zealand dealing with critters as well as most of the USA.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. The Office of Pest Management in Arizona mandates 6 continuing hours of training each year. ProBest encourages all staff members to complete online courses from Pestweb.com and other sources as well as in house training monthly. We also conduct random vehicle inspections and inspections on various equipment.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. One of the features of working with ProBest is that I have extensive training with research products and research scientists across the U.S. and I'm frequently being updated and participating with EUP or Experimental Usuage permits with new products. I make sure that I'm always ahead of the curve on new technology and trainging and encourage my employees as well.
