Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When searching for a Home Inspector. Verify that they are certified within the state you are purchasing the home.
Make sure they are insured, and look for additional certifications. i.e. ASHI, NACHI, BBB, etc.
Also make sure that they have the experience to perform quality experience.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. What areas of the home does a Home Inspection cover?
How soon can the inspection be completed?
Does the Home Inspection include a Termite Inspection?What experience do you have?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My experience started in High School with Archetectural Drafting. I have been a Remodeling Contractor for 20 Years with experience in all areas of the home.
Many Inspectors come from specialized fields like Plumber, Electrician, or HVAC.
With remodeling background I have the knowledge and understanding of every aspect of a home.
