DO NOT HIRE DISCOUNT HOUSE CLEANERS AT 480-228-0098. THE AFTER PICS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. LIARS: They did a horrible job and have not made it right. They Lied to me and said they would send someone else to redo my house never happened. Then the owner said he would refund half my money never happened! They have stopped answering my calls. I hired Discount House Cleaning for a detailed cleaning that was double the normal price. When I came home the 2 cleaners had supposedly been in my house 4 hours and the only things that had been done were the 2 upstairs bathrooms cleaned and floors vacuumed, which would take 1 person 2 hours at most. When they had left the following items had not been done: Not all baseboards were cleaned after bringing this to their attention 3 times Not all the window seals were cleaned after bringing to their attention 3 times Downstairs was not vacuumed or mopped, including kitchen No upstairs tile was vacuumed or mopped The downstairs toilet was not cleaned The upstairs toilet was not cleaned thoroughly Many appliances were not cleaned Many furniture items were not dusted or polished Kitchen counters were not clean The cleaner refused to clean the walls - he said it would damage the paint. When I asked him to clean with just water, he said it will still damage the paint. And more...

This is the worst company!! They give you a quote and then try and raise the price!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!! You will end up with crappy service and a much higher price than you estimated!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

They schedule a appointment, do not show up and do not answer calls when they are over a hour late.

Quoted a price for the initial cleaning and then raised it later. Next to impossible to schedule regular cleanings, and more often than not the maids fail to show up.
