About Motivational Small Talk Inc

Specializing in unforgettably inspiring presentations for all ages!

Is your company looking for an Arizona keynote speaker? Motivational speaker, Mark Trombino, is a phenomenal keynote speaker and local actor with a unique perspective on life. He uses his short stature to educate others on diversity and acceptance of all differences; overcoming obstacles; and realizing the negative effects of bullying, no matter how small they may seem.

Motivational Small Talk (MST) specializes in presentations for your elementary school, middle school, high school, after-school program, team, club, organization, non-profit program, workplace, religious institution, assisted-living center, nursing home, and more - MST can make an enormous difference in the lives of many. Mark has successfully presented at numerous corporate events and is well recognized throughout Arizona by the many television commercials he has acted in.

Once a widower raising a child alone, Mark’s larger-than-life triumphs over tragedy touch and inspire everyone he meets.

Arroyo Elementary in Phoenix dubbed Mark “little person extraordinaire”!

Mark, and business partner Gaill Blackburn, (who is the mom of a 15-year old daughter with dwarfism and hydrocephalus), have dedicated themselves to educating and inspiring others through their non-profit organization. After all, obstacles, diversity and bullies are everywhere!

Not handling – or even worse – negative handling of these situations can have a lasting effect on a person’s self esteem well into adulthood. It can define who they become and how they treat others as well – negative perpetuates negative.

No matter how hard you try to sweep it under the rug, bullying doesn’t go away. What was once considered harmless pranks now result in tragic consequences – school shootings and “bullycide” (when someone has been bullied so much they take their life). To make matters worse, bullying comes in so many different forms these days.

It’s not just teasing or excluding, physical or verbal abuse anymore – it’s “cyberbullying” via cell phones, computers and gaming systems used to victimize through the never-ending 24/7 depth of cyberspace. In this day and age of school shootings and suicides, Motivational Small Talk empowers people to put a positive spin on negative, and potentially life-threatening, situations.

Help Motivational Small Talk change the world – positive perpetuates positive!

I heard Mark speak to Catalina High School students, teachers and administrators in Tucson. One administrator said "...I have NEVER seen these students so focused and quiet during a presentation...". The student reactions afterward were amazingly positive. Many of them came forward to thank him and give him hugs. You have to find a way to get him to your school(s). His talk will make a positive impact on generations to come in reducing bullying.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We present to Schools across the country about how kids need to empower themselves and how a bystander can help a person being bullied. It is a powerful message.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We spoke at 6 schools on the Hopi Indian Reservation in October
We spoke to Thunderbird High School and talked about cybver-bullying
We spoke to Quail Run Elementary

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice when looking for a potential speaker is to watch a few video clips of the presentation. You want to be sure they have a clear message. Also, check references.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our presentation is unique in that I stand 3 feet tall. I use my size to really capture the audience's attention, and they realize first hand that we are all different.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like the most is when we get positive feedback from students, parents, and teachers about what an impact the message made.
