Richard was very professional and timely with the repairs i needed with my duaghters quad last summer. He cleaned the carb and had seen that another part was going bad so he replaced it with a brand new one and the quad runs like a champ.I would recomend Richard to anyone that has headache toys.

Richard was great. He quoted me 5 days to clean the carb and tune up my ATV, but he called me after one day to say it was ready early, and it runs perfect now. His shop is clean and well organized. I feel lucky to have found a reliable mechanic who does quality work.

I took Richard a Chinese made 2-seat buggy that has been a pain since I got it. Richard diagnosed the issues, quoted me a fair price, and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very professional, knowledgable, and honest. The price he quoted was the price I paid, and the buggy runs awesome. I would highly recommend Richard to my family and friends.

Rich works on all 3 of my toys. I have an '03 and '04 Raptor 660r and a Roketa 250ccbuggy. Rich has always done awesome work onmy toys, and way cheaper than any dealer.

Richard was very cost considerate when repairing my quad. He searched all the dealers and made sure he found the best price for the materials. The repair was made quickly and professionally and had my bike ready to go on Sunday morning.

You can't get that kind of service at a dealer!

Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. What offroad vehicles NOT to buy!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Knowing the year of the vehicle would help out a lot. All other info is easy to find.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My goal is to fix it right the first time..

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. My customers.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. After explaining the problem to me they ask, "Do you do that?" I tell them: It's a machine, it went together at some point which means it can come apart.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I collect Hot Wheels, roadsters and American muscle cars only. They are on display in my shop. I have a few duplicates which I keep on hand for special occasions.

When a customer came in to pick up his machine he had his small son with him. The little lad went straight to the display and did not take his eyes off it the entire time he was there.

When it was time to leave he said to his Dad,
"WOW! look at all the cars!"
With that I took one down (they are all unopened) and handed it to the little wide-eyed child. He was not expecting that. The boy plays with the car to this day!
