Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that you always bring somebody into your home who has been thoroughly background checked and is highly trained in their trade.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Homeowners should always know to never hose down their windows. Ironically, hosing down your windows out here in the desert with our very hard water does much more damage than good!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A customer should ask their window cleaner if they are able to safely remove all hard water stains, wear booties inside their home and if they have more than $2 million liability coverage. If they can answer yes to all of these questions you can be pretty sure that your window cleaning company is taking measures to protect you. Where we set ourselves apart is that we aren't just interested in protecting you, but in making you feel like part of the family!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. It's a good idea for a homeowner to have an idea of what they would like completed at their home. For example: do you need a full construction cleanup which would entail removing stucco, silicone, drywall dust and such from the windows which is usually an extra charge.
