A. I am personable, Good listoner, I treat you as a real person. I do not belittle or talk down to any one.

A. The challenge of fixing problems!!!!

A. About me. I listen, interact with you and I never talk down to you or belittle.

Not every one is computer savy.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been in the manual labor industry "Jobs" all my life.

A heart attack and pacemaker changed all that.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am a student at DeVry University. I also use Microsoft Learning technical training on a weekly bases.

A. In town services do not need to pay for a visit. I can fix most problems from my home. "Remotely fix the problem"

I only charge if you are more than 25 miles from phoenix.
