Affix did a great job for us. Not only did he arrive same day to evaluate what was wrong with our printer, he gave a couple of options and researched. He ultimately fixed our copier up AND went out of his way to save us money. Absolutely recommend and would hire him again in the future.

David responded very quickly to my request. We made an appointment for the next day. He investigated the problem with both of our copiers and while he did not have the correct parts with him, he ordered them and returned the next day and installed the parts. It was great, a no fuss, no muss, pleasant experience. The cost was extremely reasonable as well.
