I have had the great pleasure to use Brad Hall as a caricature artist on many occasions. Brad has created wonderful keepsake images for birthday parties and weddings. These were framed and available for signatures at the events, then put under glass as keepsakes. These items are treasured by the recipients, and remain proudly displayed to this day.
I have also used Brad at many corporate events, providing quick, fun, themed caricatures as souveniers of the events. He is always personable, has a great rapport with all his guests, and leaves them with a wonderful connection to the event.
Brad is easy to wirk with, and a great addition to any event!

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Special events for companies, parties, and wedding receptions.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Special events for companies, parties and wedding receptions.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would recommend that you avoid amateur artists who use exaggeration that insults people. A good artist can do a likeness without being degrading.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My emphasis is on creating caricatures that are flattering. Men are always handsome and women are always beautiful!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I am a cheerful person, I like people, I like talking to and listening to people, and I love drawing!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. People are sometimes nervous about having their caricature drawn. They ask, "could you make my hair shorter/longer, make me look slimmer/younger/older, etc." the answer is always "Yes!"
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. My first time drawing caricatures professionally was at Magic Mountain, California in 1989. It was a wonderful experience, and my boss was a very talented artist himself, who gave me lots of advice and encouragement!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. A good caricature artist at an event or a party helps people have fun. Artists who can't draw very well, and who try to cover it up by doing gross, insulting exaggerations spoil it for everyone. Please don't hire them!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I've been drawing since I was a little kid. In high school I started drawing caricatures of my friends. When I first did caricatures professionally, at Magic Mountain, in the 1980s, the experience was so positive that I wanted to do more. I love doing this!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Not long ago I did a wedding reception "under the stars" at the Stone House in Glendale, Arizona. It's a beautiful place!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Since I am also a teacher, I try to follow my own advice. Draw every day - look at the current artists as well as the old masters.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Draw every day! Look at people's faces, draw them in your mind.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. $95 per hour, 2 hour minimum, no mileage charge if within 25 miles of Glendale, Arizona (85302).
