Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Terrific Maids states that the latest developments in house cleaning is less expensive floor cleaning mops and steamers using water and not an expensive cleaner.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Terrific Maids had a project that was a Move-Out where tenants left food out in the home and many personal items. Terrific Maids states that the home was closed up for about one month. Terrific Maids states that all food was removed, and because of the odor inside and outside of the home at the trash, disinfectant was poured on everything so that it did not smell up the area. The home had to be aired-out for at least 2 hours with changing the disenfectant that was put around the home every 45 minutes so that the housekeeper/maid could stay in the home to clean it. Terrific Maids states that this job took 12 hours, especially, with the detailed cleaning so that no odor lingered.
