Although my personal history includes over 16 years of experience addressing chronic pain complaints, I am adept at the application of a very wide variety of massage and bodywork techniques.

I can apply actual deep tissue work, deep muscle, various forms of athletic/sports, and therapeutic. I utilize energy dynamics including acupressure, Shiatsu and Reiki. I do crystal work and Chakra balancing.

I also use aromatherapy oils. I utilize an amazing technique called Gua Sha. This list really can go on and on!

Some of the techniques I apply are aggressive as well as unique. These techniques were born of necessity as many of the issues I have treated over the course of my career were unidentified by the health care industry as recently as 10-15 years ago.

Many people including health care professionals were/are unaware of the role some forms of bodywork can play in the treatment protocols of a wide variety of chronic pain issues, injuries, syndromes and disorders. Many people are unaware of how far-ranging massage and bodywork can be.

In my career, I have treated with varying degrees of success, individuals symptomatic of the following:

* lupus
* sciatic Pain
* fibromyalgia
* TMJ syndrome
* chronic fatigue syndrome
* thoracic outlet syndrome
* chronic headaches
* migraine headaches
* acute and chronic back/neck pain
* acute and chronic shoulder/hip pain
* frozen shoulder
* ROM limiting orthopedic issues
* muscle contractures
* tennis/golfer's elbow
* reoccurring connective tissue strains/sprains
* unspecified pain
* stress
* anxiety
* depression
