James messaged me right away. He asked for some additional pictures and then called me. We discussed the state of the pool and what would be needed. He set up a time to come and look at the pool in person, and he then gave me an estimate, explained exactly what he would need to do, and talked over any extras that may come up and what the charges would be. Being an expensive job and money being a little tight, he even offered a workaround so we could get it done right away. We set the start time, and he got the pump set up and then was back early this morning to clean out and scrub the pool. He was thorough but quick and had the refilling by mid-morning. The pool looks great! We have even decided to have him continue on as our monthly pool service. Thanks, James. We appreciate you!

I put in a job request and James was quick to call and find out everything he needed to do this job. It ended up being something that was covered under manufacturer warranty so I didn't need his service but he was really nice on the phone and seemed very knowledgeable about pool heaters. I would definitely recommend him and will be a future customer if anything goes wrong with my pool again.
