Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. We recently completed a move out cleaning in very little time. We completed an initial clean for a new customer and they were Absolutely thrilled with our results. They said their house has never been so clean. We also recently did a move out cleaning for an area realtor to prepare the home for showing. This realtor knew from experience that he needed Katie Klean quality cleaning to prepare the home for an easier sell.

A. I suggest customers make life easier for themselves and let us tailor our services and provide a flexible schedule to meet all their needs. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer I would want to be able to trust the person in my home to work hard, to respect me and my property. I would want to know how to find that company or individual. The big secret is no secret at all. Get References up front and find someone you can trust.
I am trustworthy and all my customers will agree with that statement. Call me and I will gladly provide references.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Can I trust the person in my home to work hard and respect me, my home and the possessions in my home? How long have you been cleaning homes and what methods do you use to clean my floors? Do you have references? If you brake something in my home will you pay for the damages? Are you insured?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Buyers should really consider a list of exactly what they want cleaned. However our professionals always know what needs to be cleaned and we take care of the necessary tasks in timely fashion. A. We stand out because our effort, our attitude, our methods and our customer service is superior to the others. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We like the satisfaction of turning a home from disorder to order. From dirty to sparkling clean. I like the happy customers we leave behind. Let's face it folks cleaning homes is hard, dirty work and customers either cant find the time, just don't like cleaning or just can't do this kind of work anymore. We are very happy to deliver a valuable service to our customers on time and the right way. Our service and effort helps improve the lives of our customers and we sure like that.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you do windows? And the answer is Yes, inside and outside. We train all of our professionals to carefully remove screens and we train them to clean the windows like any professional window cleaner would. And we get that done rather quickly at considerable savings to the customer over what window washing companies typically charge.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew that often times you get what you pay for in this industry. Ten dollar an hour workers are usually only worth ten dollars an hour. At Katie Klean we pay more and we expect more from our staff. We hire only those people who care about our reputation and want to contribute to it. People who take pride in their work and are willing to learn. Katie Klean professionals are always well trained ready to work and well prepared.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. To serve the public good and provide good paying jobs to Arizonans. And it helps to have good customer service skills and a desire to improve every day. The cleaning industry is in desperate need of improvement. Outdated methods, toxic cleaning agents, dirty equipment, underpaid poorly trained workers, high turnover rates for both clients and workers. These are all problems that are all too typical in the cleaning industry. At Katie Klean we do not tolerate theses issues. We set out to find a better way and we have. And yet we will continue to improve in alll areas of the business. I got into this line of work because I knew I could do it right and at Katie Klean we do it right every day for every customer and always with a smile and a thank you.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I am very proud of the work we did at Jaime's house.
I think she was expecting her home to be reasonaby clean when we finished the job. What she found out is that we do more work and better quality work in less time. We usually have time for detail cleaning, the little extras that impress our customers and she was impressed. That extra shine and the deeper level of clean that we provide for our customers made her and her family so pleased with our service. She was so pleased with the results of our work that she was more than happy to go to Thumbtack and give us a good review. Happy customers are what Katie Klean is all about.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. I do have developments that combined with efficient methods and speed make our well trained professionals the very best in the valley. However, I cannot disclose that information because it is a trade secret. The good news is that we are always here to serve you and use our methods to clean your house perfectly every time.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Our most recent project was developing our own green non-toxic cleaner. It was really easy and it didn't take long.
And now our Katie Kleaner products are serving us well and keeping us and our clients well.

A. At katie Klean we believe complicated pricing systems are designed to confuse the customer and shift the pricing in favor of the company. It also allows the cleaners more time to do less work. At Katie Klean we charge by the hour in order to simplify the process for the customer and to give clarity to the process. This way you know you're getting what your paying for. And slowdown is not an issue because our professionals are motivated and trustworthy. We pay our people more so we can expect more so you get more effort and better work for your hard earned money. Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. I would suggest a healthy dose of customer service training and a willingness to serve others and work hard to build a strong reputation. We can attest to the fact that happy customers is good for business.
