- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate pricing is used when quoting most projects. Unfortunately we cannot accurately quote all jobs over the phone. We charge a $49 dispatch fee to come out and diagnose the repair. (Waived if hired)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers that reach out to us can feel safe and comfortable knowing that they will be quoted a competitive price to make a repair. We will send you a message that includes our direct business phone number. You can then choose to call and or text message us, so we can learn a little bit more about what you need done! Sometimes ballpark prices can be given over the phone but the best way for you to get an accurate estimate is to have us come out and diagnose the problem in person!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my plumbing apprenticeship in 2009 and have been plumbing as a journeyman plumber ever since. I continue my education regularly with new products and specialty water heating systems.
