Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The cheapest price on Auto Repair is not the best way to find a good auto repair shop. Find a shop that stands behind their work and stick with them. Jeff's Total Performance has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their work. That should say it all.

A. Jeff's Total Performance stands behind their Limited Lifetime Warranty. We stand behind our work, so why not offer a great warranty.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people when they really need it. Nothing is more scary than breaking down on the highway (especially for women). We have many elderly people as customers and i want them to know that we care.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. We get calls all the time wanting to know (How much does it cost to _______)?
I used to give people estimates over the phone, but over time i realized that what the estimate was given for, was not the problem. Now we have the customer come in for a FREE INSPECTION AND ESTIMATE.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We recently had a 96 Supra come in that had a short in the wiring harness. The short fried half the wiring harness. We were able to repair it and get the customer back on the road without having to replace the entire harness.
