- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job, not hourly. Let us know about any add-ons ahead of time (e.g. special attention to certain items or additional work). We can also clean monthly, biweekly, just once, or anything in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need the square footage of the home, details of what needs to be cleaned, and of course the address. Please let us know if you have any allergies to certain chemicals or prefer certain scents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience cleaning medical offices, mansion size homes, deep cleaning, standard cleaning, move out/in cleaning, and window cleaning.
