My 12 year old daughter and I have been training with Steve for a little over a month now and I could not be happier. He is consistently on time and has a variety of excercises for us to do plus he is amazing with my daughter. I’m already fitting back into a clothes I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. I am very pleased.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to both the University of Wyoming and Arizona State University to study kinesiology. I also am certified with the National Academy of Health and Fitness.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working on my athleticism since I was 12 years old and I just enjoy studying and manipulating the body through exercise. I am 51 now so plenty of experience.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have two projects. One is a 15 year old football player in Laveen area that has decreased his 40 time from 5.3 to a consistent 4.77 as well as bench pressing 50lb dumbbells for 15 reps. He is 6’3” and weighs 163lbs. Tho other project was helping a 71 year old go from 104 lbs to 128 lbs in one year after going through chemotherapy for breast cancer.
