- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes all of our products and services have standard pricing. Our artificial grass is sold in once of three options. 1. Artificial grass and putting green wholesale 2. Artificial Grass D-I-Y Kits 3. Artificial Grass Installed We also offer landscaping design and installation services and most of all of our other services have standard pricing. Our other services include decorative pavers, irrigation, lighting, gravel, plants, trees, concrete, BBQ, Curbing, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start off by scheduling a comprehensive estimate provided by one of our highly experienced Project managers. They will come out and talk about ideas that you may have or help you dream up a practical resort style back yard. Once a customer has decided to move forward we will go over the agreement and sign a contract to protect the homeowner and company from any potential liabilities. Once an agreement has been made a detailed work order will be completed to accurately describe your job with pictures and sketched design. Then 50% of the total invoiced price will be paid. Our Project manager will then get with production control and schedule the delivery of materials and schedule date for installation. Once Installation date is confirmed materials will be delivered 24-72 hours before date of installation. On date of installation, installers and project manager will arrive at your residence between 6:00-7:00 a.m. and review the project to assurae that all parties understand the installation design and answer any questions that may arise. Once the installation, the entire jobsite will be cleaned of any debris that was caused by jobsite installation. ourpro ject manager will then come back and do a Quality Assurance Walk Around to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction. Upon final walkaround the customer will then [ay the remaining 50% of invoice price and the project manager will help homeowners find the best place to display thier opinion of our quality workmanship by making encouraging reviews on sites like this. Once the job is complete homeowners have a 10 year warranty no fade no fall apart plus a 2 year installation warranty to cover anything that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Artificial Grass Masters Installs over 20,000 sqft of artificial grass on a weekly basis and with our advanced method of team alignments and artificial grass installation training, our installation take only 24-48 hours. All of our professionals are trained and must meet pre-requisites prior to being employed with artificial grass masters/
